Instructions for Web Based E-Mail Checking

  1. The first step to accessing your LiveRadio.com E-Mail is to open your web browser (i.e. Internet Explorer or Netscape).
  2. Then you must enter: http://webmail.themarcomgroup.com into the address bar or click here.
  3. When you go to that web page you will see this screen:

  4. Enter in your full E-Mail address in the “User ID” box.
  5. Enter in your password and make sure “Restrict access to your IP ...” Box is NOT checked. An example of logging into your AGM E-mail through the web would be like this:

  6. Once you have entered in your information and selected the “Login” button, you will see your inbox
  7. Click between the options/boxes as you would any other E-Mail Program and exit the browser when finished.

Instructions for Changing Your E-Mail Password:

  1. The first step to changing your AmericanGeneralMedia.com E-Mail password
  2. Then you must enter: http://webmail.themarcomgroup.com into the address bar or click here.
  3. When you go to that web page you will see this screen:

  4. Enter in your full E-Mail address in the “User ID” box.
  5. Enter in your password and make sure “Restrict access to your IP ...” Box is NOT checked. An example of logging into your AGM E-mail through the web would be like this:

  6. Once you have entered in your information and selected the “Login” button, you will see your inbox:

  7. Then choose prefrences from the top menu
  8. When the new page loads, scroll down to the bottom of the page and then you will see Change Password:

  9. Enter you old password. Then enter a new password and retype the password in the next box and click Change Password button.
  10. Instructions for MS Outlook Based E-Mail Checking

    1. Locate your Microsoft Outlook program, it will usually be on your desktop or in the Start Menu. For example:

    2. Double click on either of the Icons to bring up MS Outlook.
    3. Click on the top menu button that says “Tools” and then “Accounts…”menu. See Example Below:

    4. Now a window will pop up that looks like this:



      There shouldn’t be any thing under Accounts, but if there is it is OK. Click the “Add Button in the upper right hand corner. When selected, a menu will appear from the side of that button. Scroll the mouse over and click the“Mail…” button.
    5. Now a series of windows will pop up, starting with this one:



      A button that says “Next >” is at the bottom. Type your name into the test box next to “Display name:” and then click, “Next >”.
    6. After you have clicked “Next >” another menu will pop up that looks like this:



      Type in your E-Mail address in the text box next to “E-mail address:” and then click the “Next >” button at the bottom again.
    7. After you have clicked “Next >”, another window will appear like this:



      Leave the top part set to “POP3” and type in “mail.americangeneralmedia.com” under Incoming & Outgoing Mail/SMTP Mail server. Click “Next >” to continue.
    8. After you have clicked “Next >”, another window will appear like this:



      Enter in your User Name in the text box next to “Account name:.” Your user name is your full E-Mail address.
    9. Enter your Password in the text box next to “Password:”. Click the “Next >” button to finish.
    10. After you have clicked “Next >”, another window will appear like this:



      You have completed setting up your AmericanGeneralMedia.com E-Mail account.
    11. Now your LiveRadio.com E-Mail address is all setup and ready to go.
