Contract/Leasing Coordinator - Bakersfield

Position Description:
American General Media Corporate Office located in Bakersfield, CA area has a current opening for a full-time, non-exempt position as Contract/Leasing Coordinator.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Overseeing contracts and leases by reviewing content, making monthly payments, tracking start and end dates, following up with locations regarding renewal/termination deadlines, etc.
• Responsible for maintaining EEO files and submitting EEO reports for multiple locations. Ensuring the company stays compliant with all EEO regulations.
• Completing and submitting monthly/quarterly/annual reports to multiple agencies for a variety of departments.
• Creating/Maintaining Annual Budgets.
• Paying monthly leases and rents.

Selection Criteria:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel/Word.
• Experience with Accounts Payable.
• Must have an acute attention to detail.
• QuickBooks experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience with contracts and leases a plus.
• Quick learner.
• Team player who’s willing to cross train in multiple departments.

Ideal Candidate would be a reliable team player with experience in handling contracts, processing account payables and knowledgeable of Microsoft Office. Individual who excels in a fast-paced work environment, has the ability to multi-task, is detail oriented, diligent and willing to take on new challenges and duties.
